All PAO Scents orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Miramar, Florida. We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing Time
Because every PAO Scents product is handcrafted in small batches, we take 1 to 2 business days to process your order before it is handed off to our shipping carrier.
- Processing begins after full payment is confirmed β not at the time the order is placed
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- During high-volume periods such as holidays, sales events, or new launches, processing may take up to 3 business days β we will notify you by email if this applies to your order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We work with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer you the most reliable rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email
- You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided
- If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our team and we will investigate on your behalf
- PAO Scents is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase
Lost or Damaged Orders
While we package every order with great care, occasionally packages may be lost in transit or arrive damaged. Here is how we handle these situations:
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations, then contact your local carrier office
- If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified damage claims
Important: Photos of the damage and original packaging are required to process a damage claim. Claims submitted without photographic evidence cannot be honored.
No Return Policy
Because our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and of an intimate nature (candles, sprays, and diffusers that come into contact with your home environment), we are unable to resell returned items. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
- We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, dislike of scent, or accidental orders
- We do not offer exchanges for different products, sizes, or scents
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment has been confirmed
- Refunds are not issued except in the limited circumstances described in Section 8 (Exceptions) below

Exceptions to Our Policy
While our policy is strictly no returns, we do recognize that certain situations warrant a resolution. The following exceptions may apply at our sole discretion:

- β Wrong item sent β different from what was ordered
- β Package confirmed lost by the carrier
- β Significant quality defect verified by our team

- β Scent sensitivity or allergic reactions after use
- β Delayed delivery due to carrier issues
